  1. A 'sign of the times' shot which has been published once.

  3. It was taken almost by accident. A planned portrait session was
  4. progressing when the girl decided that she wanted a cigarette. We
  5. had a break, but it occurred to me that the flash backlight that
  6. I had been using would also light up the smoke well. 
  7.  
  8. The black background was also going to be a great help.
  9.  
  10. So, without any changes in set up, a few shots were taken.
